A333

Cost-effective five-core tablet chip

A333 is a cost-effective five-core tablet processor for entry-level tablets and interactive display applications, integrating a single-core Arm® Cortex®-A73, a quad-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 CPU and a Mali™-G57 MC1 GPU. It supports DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4, LPDDR4x with a maximum capacity of 8GB, and supports H.265/H.264/VP9 hardware decoding and H.264 hardware encoding capabilities. It supports a variety of peripheral interfaces, including high-speed interfaces such as PCle2.1, USB3.1 GEN1 DRD, GMAC, and display output interfaces such as RGB, Dual LVDS, MIPI DSI, eDP1.3 and E-ink.

Integrated 5-core high-performance CPU, single-core Arm Cortex-A73 + quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 big and small core architecture, with a maximum main frequency of 1.8GHz, meeting the GMS LCO computing power requirements and joining Google GRF; integrated RISC-V coprocessor to improve startup speed

Supports external memory formats such as DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4, LPDDR4x, etc., supports up to 8GB capacity, 4CS chip select and is compatible with 64bit DRAM materials

Support dual-screen display, support up to 1080P@60fps RGB/Dual LVDS/E-ink/MIPI DSI/eDP display output

Supports 2*USB2.0, USB3.1, PCIe3.0, GMAC and other rich interfaces
